Blake Paul was born in Eustis, Florida and is a sixth generation Floridian. He is a senior shareholder in the law firm of Peterson & Myers, P.A where he has worked for 24 years. Paul is a trial attorney with a varied practice and has represented clients in nearly every type of civil dispute, including personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, probate litigation, business disputes and breakups, employment disputes and non-compete agreements, child welfare and foster care litigation, land use litigation and divorce proceedings. Paul also represents colleges, universities, and independent K-12 schools in various matters including Title IX, employment discrimination and account collections.
Paul has been recognized as a SuperLawyer by Super Lawyers magazine, Florida Up and Coming Attorney by Florida Trend magazine, and has been named to the Best Lawyers in America in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Paul received his Bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Auburn University, and his Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida State University College of Law.
He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Utah Bar, the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Justice Association, and is a senior dellow with the Litigation Counsel of America. Paul served on the All Saints Academy Board of Trustees from 2004-2019, and was chair of the board from 2010-2014 and again in 2018. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Florida Polytechnic University Foundation, Paul also serves on the Board of Directors of the Lakeland Regional Medical Center Foundation.
Paul enjoys tennis, spending time with his wife and three boys, and Auburn football.
