Alen Tomczak

Alen Tomczak is the Global Head of Defense and Intelligence Strategy and Execution at Cellebrite, where he leads the company’s global defense and intelligence growth strategy, execution model, and go to market alignment across U.S. and international mission partners. His work focuses on advancing digital intelligence, identity operations, battlefield exploitation, biometrics, drone and mobile device exploitation, and secure mission systems for defense, intelligence, federal law enforcement, and allied partners.

Alen brings more than 15 years of experience across military operations, government contracting, sensitive exploitation, and strategic technology development. He has supported U.S. Special Operations, Defense, Intelligence, and National Guard missions across multiple theaters, including Afghanistan, Syria, Africa, Europe, and the Indo Pacific. His background includes extensive work in Identity Operations, digital forensics, mobile exploitation, biometrics, and intelligence driven targeting.

Prior to Cellebrite, Alen served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and CIO of ARK Invest, where he supported executive strategy, board level initiatives, investor relations, innovation research, and organizational execution. He also served as an officer in the Florida Army National Guard, bringing operational leadership experience from both military and commercial environments.

At Cellebrite, Alen is focused on building a unified Defense and Intelligence business that bridges tactical collection, digital exploitation, identity resolution, advanced analytics, and secure evidence management. His work is centered on helping mission partners move faster from field collection to actionable intelligence, while maintaining compliance, accountability, and operational trust.
